POSE™ provides interactive photo and video experiences, photo booth rentals, and brand activation services for events. Specific deliverables, pricing, dates, and terms for any event are governed by the proposal, quote, or contract you receive and approve directly from us.
Submitting an inquiry or booking request does not by itself create a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when we provide written confirmation and any required deposit is received. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and payment terms are set out in your individual booking agreement.
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages — whether by texting our business number, submitting a form, or agreeing verbally or in writing — you agree to receive SMS messages from POSE™ related to your inquiry, booking, and event.
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content without permission. All content, including the POSE™ name, logos, images, and experience descriptions, is the property of Parties Outta Sight Entertainment® and protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws.
POSE™ and Parties Outta Sight Entertainment® are trademarks of our company. You may not use our marks, content, or photography without our prior written consent.
Our website and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parties Outta Sight Entertainment® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. Liability relating to any booked event is limited to the terms of the applicable booking agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
